TimeTravlr (“TimeTravlr”, “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides a mobile platform that connects travelers to recommendations provided by ambassadors and arranges for transportation to relevant events and venues (collectively, the “Platforms”). Platforms are available at www.timetravlr.com and as an application for mobile devices (the “Platform”).

1. Information you provide us
We receive, store and process information that you make available when accessing our platform. Examples include:
- filling in any form on the Platform, such as when you register or update the details of your account
- using the platform, such as listing or discovery of recommendations or requesting transportation to an event or venue
2. Mobile data
When you use certain features of the Platform, in particular our mobile application we may receive, store and process different types of information about your location, including general information (e.g., IP address, zip code) and more specific information (e.g., GPS-based functionality on mobile devices used to access the Platform or specific features of the platform). If you access the Platform through a mobile device and you do not want your device to provide us with location-tracking information, you can disable the GPS or other location-tracking functions on your device, provided your device allows you to do this.

We may also receive, store and process Log Data, which is information that is automatically recorded by our servers whenever you access or use the Platform, regardless of whether you are registered with TimeTravlr or logged in to your TimeTravlr account, such as your IP Address, the date and time you access or use the Platform, the hardware and software you are using, referring and exit pages and URLs, the number of clicks, pages viewed and the order of those pages, and the amount of time spent on particular pages.

How do we use the information collected?
We use and process Information about you for the following general purposes:
- to enable you to access and use the Platform;
- to operate, protect, improve and optimize the Platform, TimeTravlr’s business, and travelers’ experience, such as to perform analytics, conduct research, and for advertising and marketing;
- to help create and maintain a trusted and safer environment on the Platform, such as fraud detection and prevention, conducting investigations and risk assessments and verifying Recommendations;
- to send you Platform, support and administrative messages, reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and information requested by you;
- to comply with our legal obligations, resolve any disputes that we may have with any of our users, and enforce our agreements with third parties.
How and when do we disclose information to third parties?
Additionally, we will cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. Thus, we may access, use, preserve, transfer and disclose your information (including Personal Information), including disclosure to third parties such as government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we reasonably determine is necessary and appropriate.
What about user-generated content?
Do links to third-party content appear on the Platform?
The Platform may contain content that is supplied by a third party, and those third parties may collect web site usage information and your Device Identifier when web pages from any online or mobile Platforms are served to your browser. In addition, when you are using the Platform, you may be directed to other sites or applications that are operated and controlled by third parties that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by any of these third parties. These other web sites may send their own cookies to you, independently collect data or solicit Personal Information and may or may not have their own published privacy policies. We encourage you to note when you leave our Platforms and to read the privacy statements of all third party web sites or applications before submitting any Personal Information to third parties.
How do I change my information or cancel my account?
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you submit to us, such as your contact information provided as part of account registration. If your Personal Information changes, or if you no longer wish to use the Platform, you may correct, delete inaccuracies, or amend information by making the change on our member information page or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you Platforms, contact us.
We will retain your Personal Information and Usage Information (including geo-location) for as long as your account with the Platform is active and as needed to provide you Platforms. Even after your account is terminated, we will retain your Personal Information as needed to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, investigate or prevent fraud and other inappropriate activity, to enforce our agreements, and for other business reasons.
The information we collect is securely stored within our databases, and we use standard, industry-wide, commercially reasonable security practices such as encryption, firewalls and SSL (Secure Socket Layers) for protecting your information. However, as effective as encryption technology is, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet or wireless communication, and any information you transmit to the Company you do at your own risk. We recommend that you not disclose your password to anyone.
